William Tyler
As Chairman and Founder of Xperts, Inc., William Tyler has led, managed and molded the company into one of the fastest growing, privately held businesses in the state of Virginia. Established in January 1990, Xperts began as a technical staffing and programming company and eventually progressed to include software products.

Over the years Mr. Tyler has received countless awards as a tribute to his business success including Ernst and Youngs Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Greater Richmond Technology Councils Leadership Award.

Paul Mancini
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Xperts, Inc., Paul Mancini's vision for our company is to know and understand our customers.

Mr. Mancini believes this understanding of our customers along with joint collaboration resulting in an innovative team based solution is the true measure of a successful partnership.

Beth Holland
Beth Holland is our Vice President of Business Development. Mrs. Holland brings customer focus and customer voice to the Xperts organization.

She believes the implementation of an IT solution begins the partnership that develops between Xperts and our customer. "The great part is that the partnership doesn't end - it lives through account management and customer support. The partnership goes far beyond the sale." states Mrs. Holland.
