I’m am comfortable with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations where there’s a lack of information. I am flexible, adapting to change quickly grasping and communicating complex concepts, or issues, to diverse audiences with confidence. I have a broad knowledge of, and experience with, a wide range of technologies, which I know how to apply.I seek out and leverage the strengths in those who work with me, then I provide them with the support and environment that will enable inclusiveness, productivity and creativity. I believe in job-relevant learning and I create experiences that will allow for the type of development that ultimately leads to organizational achievement. I’m am good at solving technical puzzles and I rise to the occasion when the going gets tough. I believe that meaningful growth is a combination of reading, studying, questioning, trying, failing, trying again, exploring, doing, failing and doing it again differently. I firmly believe that while you can learn and be taught a lot of things, you don’t truly learn until things go wrong and you need to fix it.
