I have conducted Business Workshops to understand customer performance needs and set expectations on delivery projects. I have worked with an array of APM tools to provide end to end monitoring of a solution and also ensure business critical metric availability. I have conducted Capacity Planning exercises to understand performance characteristics of an application and size the environment appropriately. I have conducted Architecture Assessments around performance best practices. I have implemented Root Cause Analysis processes for Production Support organizations. I have architected Synthetic Monitoring solutions from different geographies for multinational applications. My Cloud Architecture and Migration work involved porting on-premise applications to the cloud. This included improving CI/CD processes to take advantage of cloud agility. It involved working with Cloud Consolidation vendors to design the appropriate cloud solution for the client. It also involved the use of applications that monitor and optimize cloud system usage for different test and production environments.My Agile Methodologies experience includes integrating performance testing in the build pipeline. I implemented the use of APM tools in the pipeline to improve bottlenecks in a product prior to deployment. I selected Agile Load Test tools to help with the automation.
